1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Armstrong Shrink Wrap ("Armstrong," "we," "us") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Services

Armstrong provides industrial shrink wrap protection, equipment preservation and related maintenance services. All work is performed under a written quote or service agreement, which governs scope, pricing and schedule. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Estimates & Payment

Quotes are based on the information, photos and dimensions provided by the client. Material changes to scope discovered on site may adjust the final price with client approval before proceeding. Payment terms are stated on each invoice.

4. Site Access & Safety

The client is responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the equipment to be serviced. Our crews follow OSHA-compliant procedures and the client's posted site rules. We reserve the right to pause work if site conditions are unsafe.

5. Limitation of Liability

Armstrong maintains commercial insurance for the work we perform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

6. Warranties

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional, workmanlike manner. Wrap performance depends on conditions outside our control (weather severity, handling by third parties, storage duration beyond the specified term), which are excluded from warranty coverage.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, photographs, logos and graphics — is the property of Armstrong Shrink Wrap and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the services are performed, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
